Originally built in 1898, the historic building has since gone under major renovations. The original building has been expanded to 22,000 square feet. The new addition adds 4,000 sf of premium, mountain-view space, creating one of the most unique work environments in the city. Our Golden Triangle virtual office location now has 86 new private offices, 7 conference rooms, 2 full bars, a community kitchen, a gym, an indoor/outdoor event space that can accommodate 200 people, a 1,600 SF outdoor rooftop deck with fire pits, resort seating, water features, a state of the art IT/AV system and cutting-edge interior design.

There are over 80 private offices, all ranging in sizes from 1-person to 10-person options.
